Abstract

The administration at management level involves structuring the relationship that should exist between functions, levels and activities of the assets and personnel, in order to achieve maximum efficiency within the plans and objectives of a company. For the health system, coordination between all these elements is a real need, as well as for people who work in them; in addition to direct assistance activities toward meeting goals and objectives, provides harmony and communication between the acts of individuals and administrative units of an organism, facilitating operation and successful completion of the professional activities, in the case of the nurse.
