Abstract

The descriptive, transverse of quantitative break and analytic research, evaluates the health service´s quality offered by the multidisciplined team of intensive therapy unit of the National Institute of Neurology and Neurosurgery Manuel Velasco Suárez. The results show the relatives perception of 29 patients that have been seeing in this unit.
